Left a message and no one ever called. Turbo had been opened and came with no warranty card or instructions.

Part came rather quickly and was described but did not enhance the sound like expected

The parts are great themselves. But it took so long to ship and receive, that I totally forgot that I had even ordered them. Order several parts from other distributors and vendors afterwards and received those parts with 2-3 days. Shipping is really slow.

Part showed as in stock online, but then after a week with no update I called just to find out it was not in stock. No communication until I called. They were able to send an alternate that was in stock, but it left my truck as down for two weeks.

The parts are perfect, paid extra $70 for two day shipping and got the parts three days late. Went through this website for its proximity to my state specifically (idaho to Utah) ensure the parts arrived on time. Tried to contact them through their chat feature on their website, and didn’t get a response at all. Disappointed
