Service was ok, however the product failed and Alligator had no power to make it right.

Product not made well and I couldn't find a warranty for replacement. So I had to buy 2 more since the same piece keeps breaking

Order took two weeks to get, then the product did not improve sound or performance of my 6. 7L Turbo Diesel. Waste of time and money!
