Service was ok, however the product failed and Alligator had no power to make it right.

Product not made well and I couldn't find a warranty for replacement. So I had to buy 2 more since the same piece keeps breaking

no tracking number

I wouldn’t have written this review but they keep asking. Took 3 weeks for them to ship something that was in stock
