Shipping is good and well preserved with dry ice.

Did not send what they were supposed to, wasn't even there. And the steak was OK, big chunk of pure fat, not marbling.

No it was some time ago and a new "boss" told us they would not take the meat back or replace it. She was nasty from the Philippines and told us if we try contact the company about the problem they will never know because the complaints go to her! Do I want that managing my credit card and quality?
