Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. The only negative thing is that I would like to buy it from a store. There used to be a store in my city but it was closed recently and it didn't relocate to another location.

I love the ecologically minded packaging, and the return service was simple.

The after sale service has been good. Shipping usually take about 2-3 days. It happened once I had to return the merchandise, I received the return label right away. After shipping the shoes back, refund came a few days later. Quite efficient !
