I still haven't received my order. In addition, you never responded to my last email.

Took 3 weeks for my package to arrive. I called 3 days after the scheduled delivery day for information, and was told they would call me back because it hadn’t shipped. They never called me back. A week later it arrived.

I didn’t have a problem with the main pages of the website, but the online gift card purchasing process is a nightmare. I received an email receipt for the gift card purchase, but it took 2 phone calls to customer service and 2 days of waiting to get the actual giftcard code in my inbox.

You never delivered the product

I have yet to receive my order after 2 months! I would give 0 stars if it was an option!
