I rated OKAY due to poor packaging of one item. It was in a plastic bag not the mfg packaging. It gave me the impression it was a surplus or returned item. The other item was delivered in the correct mfg packaging

Getting the order done online was ok,, the follow up on the shipping sucks.. you have to log in every time to figure out what the tracking number is etc etc.. no one wants to do all of that nowadays

After finding the product that I wanted . I ordered three (3). After one full month. I sent an email inquiring into When I would receive my three (3) items. I received an email telling me my order would be looked into. Two days later. I received a email informing me that the company decided not to make that product anymore.

I have yet to receive anything I’ve ordered. Also have had NO communication regarding the lack of fulfillment of my order (other than begging for review). Terrible service, how long does it take to mail a shirt?
