Having trouble with a return - and unhappy that I'm being forced to pay for shipping return when it's completely unclear where the company is based and what "domestic" vs "international" means to you. It's a big world out there - not everything thinks "North America" when they hear the word domestic. It's a very American approach and I would suggest you clarify if you want reach a global market.
