I ordered a fan which arrived a few days outside the expected delivery. The email from robotic to say it was out for delivery arrived 4 days after it had been delivered. I received a nice email back from the company after contacting them to ask why the order was delayed but turn around time for this was relatively slow. Would not put me off using them again.
