My product was completely wrong and different then in the picture and you never dealt with it. I feel cheated and like you are a bad company. I will never use you again.

I ordered a beard it was supposed to be a deep black, and it turned out to be a mousy brown. I did not like my service.

I usually order directly from Mark Tray or without any issues. Ordering with Alcone, however, has presented me with a case of missing product.
