Poor customer service and delivery

Website Selection & Product fine but… I paid for priority shipping but speaking to Australia Post they told me it was sent as a normal package. I called your company to ask for clarification and all I received was an email saying “it’s on its way”. The email didn’t even address me by name. I only bought 1 item to see how the purchase/ delivery process went with a view to further purchases in the future. I went elsewhere.
