We had the Sedna Water Damage Protection System installed by a professional plumber last week and so far so good. There's a bit of a learning curve on the nevi web app, but not bad. Once you have everything setup, it's super easy to see your entire system on the home page and navigate about with ease. We also bought the Flow Sensor, which is a must. It really should be included in the system. The UPS Lithium Battery rocks! It plugs into a regular power outlet. We had outlet installed as I didn't want to fuss with multiple batteries for the valve. Pairing the individual water sensors to the valve was easy. Their documentation needs to be updated to reflect the install of the Flow Sensor and UPS Lithium battery in the nevi web app however. Not a biggie. Other than that, we love everything about the system. We tested the closing of the valve by putting water on a sensor. Worked like a charm. I'd highly recommend the system. I'd also highly recommend you use a professional plumber, especially if your buy the Flow Sensor. You don't want to go cheap and do it yourself. I almost forgot. The main reason I chose Sinope over the competition were the reviews that raved about their good Customer Support - as compared to the competition's. I had some pre-sales questions, and required some technical help with the install, and they were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to get hold of.
