Don't ask for a review before delivery

I truly thought with as much money as I spent, my mattress hunting days would be over. Its not. It said plush, it's not! This mattress is rock hard! It has zero give! I've had to go to a chiropractor to fix my back from sleeping on this. I asked if this was a super soft plush mattress and they said yes. I was duped again. I just cant even think of the return process on a mattress!
