takes soooo long to come

It's been 15 days since I purchased the phone case. I still haven't received it. There is tracking number given that shows its shipped from Germany. But other than that there is no status update. I don't know why it's coming from Germany? And when will it arrive?

They never arrived....... no action were taken...... what in the world is this customer service!!!!!

Ordered a case over 2 weeks ago and have no idea if it’s even coming at this point. Customer service is unhelpful if they even respond.
