I had a good experience all around. I love the product and it was here within three days.

Man, my last order came so fast, I thought there was a mistake. I ordered it on a Thursday morning and by Saturday afternoon they came. That's NEVER happened. Typically I don't get them for 6 days at minimum. So I won't get my hopes up they'll be that quick everytime, but it's a great surprise. I also really appreciate the fact that Eli from customer support reached out to me out of the blue to check in with me. I hadn't placed an order in a couple months, so for him to email, made me feel like maybe I am a valued customer, even though I can't afford to have a membership. I still felt valued, noticed and appreciated, and I can't tell you how much I appreciate your customer service. Thank you.
