I contacted the company nce regarding my future orders. They were prompt in their reply and helpful. Its unfortunate than based on my experience their products do not work as described.

Happy in car as long as engine is running. As soon as the engine stops the distressed crying begins. In using Adaptil, the crying is marginally less, so I will continue with it to try to change her behaviour.
