Had to try live chat a few times before I was able to speak with someone. Product was a couple about a week later than promised but I did order it on Christmas Day so with the holidays it was to be expected.

After receiving the shipping notice, it showed up before having to check on it again.

Product very late arriving. Other than that great buy

Size of 2XL is a little deceiving this vest is a little too tight for my liking. I'm 6'4" and 280lbs. Too tight for my chest and stomach.
