Never got ordered cartridges . Haven’t been able to use

No response for numerous attempts to return defective product My new Carbonator did not work out of the box. Disappointed, I contacted the Aarke team to either help troubleshoot or return, as I wanted to keep it if possible. They ignored me and all subsequent attempts to return the defective product. Do not buy from this team. If a product is defective, they will not help you return or even troubleshoot. They expect to offer a luxury product at luxury prices and provide no support or quality control. This company has thoroughly disappointed me. I will recommend that everyone I know buys literally any competitor over this product.
