Well secured box, quick delivery

I will continue buying Aarke but I can’t give full stars due to a quality issue on my thermal jug that the customer service considered being only a cosmetic issue. When the whole Aarke story is about design I found that answer very interesting. I don’t have the energy to debate with the service and support, but I’m using the only tool available for me, a review.
