Everything was absolutely exquisite. Customer service was personable and helpful.

The special order fitted sheet came correctly as promised.

The sheets are SPECTACULAR! Gorgeous, beautifully made, and the color is beyond. My only suggestion is to communicate more proactively - the fabric was delayed from Italy, so delivery was also delayed but I didn't find out until I called to inquire. Otherwise, everyone and everything was grand.

The sheets look exactly like they do in the solicitation email, which made me want them. I didn’t get a ton of emails about where they were in the process.

Really like the quality and weight of your sheets. Quality makes the wait worthwhile
