I'm not much a fan
I'm not much a fan of Shopify...I'd rather have direct contact...in the past it (Shopify) could not correctly do math for a specific discount and is still showing $ owed from a past order( I even called and no correction made, although, I did get my order). I'm hoping this error does not influence future order plans as I love the Linoto quality. Progress of order and updates of delivery would also be appreciated...I understand that crafting takes time, but communication is nice and very much appreciated. I could not say more anything but positive comments about when I have spoken with Jason with questions and concerns. The human side and quality is why I keep coming back for more Linoto.
