never received the item purchased

Not yet received, ordered 6 weeks ago.

At time of order, estimated 21-28 days. 50 days and I still haven't gotten the item, yet the automated system asks me to write a review. Purchased beginning of November in hopes it would arrive before Christmas, but looks like it won't arrive on time
