Overall terrible experience. Rude customer service, wrong sized items shipped. Add ons were charged for but not fulfilled, then was told I couldn't return the items as they were "custom" ordered.

After what I spent on 1 bath sheet and hand towel I don’t expect lint all over me and my bathroom. It was to the point that when I took a shower the next day I could see blue coming off in the water. I tell customer service. Oh wash it more. But if you want to return it you have to pay for shipping yourself. So I’m out an extra $10 because they are horrible.

It took forever to come, only to be disappointed

I wrote my review on the previous page and submitted it. And now you want me to write it again? Everything about this experience has soured me on Linoto.
