Linoto - Shopify

The sheets are quality, hands down. But the wait is obnoxious. The website said 3-4 weeks for the sheets, but it turned out to be nearly 8 weeks. Emailed customer service to inquire about them, but no reply. So, if you are fine with interminably long waits, you will be happy. If not, you might want to order from another company who delivers a quality product much more quickly.

The quality of the products are perfect. Just need to shorten the time of delivery. Have a good day

I'm not much a fan of Shopify...I'd rather have direct contact...in the past it (Shopify) could not correctly do math for a specific discount and is still showing $ owed from a past order( I even called and no correction made, although, I did get my order). I'm hoping this error does not influence future order plans as I love the Linoto quality. Progress of order and updates of delivery would also be appreciated...I understand that crafting takes time, but communication is nice and very much appreciated. I could not say more anything but positive comments about when I have spoken with Jason with questions and concerns. The human side and quality is why I keep coming back for more Linoto.

Way too long delivery

Taking longer than usual but I understand it was a delay in getting fabric for the sheets that were part of the order…not the fault of the company…
