First and foremost: I like the socks. Bought them as I got some about 4 years ago, and are within the best ones I still have. Nonetheless, I am a bit disappointed with the customer service. I wrote an email asking to add an extra pair of socks to my delivery, as after paying it, I realised the socks I chose were within the "2+1" offer, so I could have added one pair for free. Even though I got an affirmative answer from its customer service, the socks were no added to the package. I guess information was lost at some point :S

De verpakking was gescheurd> doosje zat los zonder bescherming in pakketdoos. (terugsturen/opnieuw vz is te kort dag ivm kerst). Blijkbaar geen nacontrole voor verzending, en dat met n kerstgift. . Het kwam ook vrij laat aan. . De maatvoering is echt waardeloos met maat 41,5; kleinste keuzeoptie is te krap. De grotere is veeel te ruim; slechte pasvorm. Fit is dus te klein(runs small). Comfort is door t geheel poor. Voorraad wordt onvoldoende aangevuld (de bdx rockets sokken zijn al +/- 1 jr niet groter te krijgen) Bij navraag/klantenservice kreeg ik n antwoord hierover wat niet waar blijkt.
