Still waiting for the touch

Still waiting for the touch up paint for over two weeks now. Maybe you should just pick up the damaged mail box and send me a new one. I thought I would be nice and just ask for touch up paint and now I am thinking you should just send a new mail box that is not damaged.

Terrible Experience

Tried to order a thumb latch to replace the keyed lock on a mailbox I purchased from you. I think you charged $18. XX for the thumb latch but were going to charge me $61. XX for freight. I was able to order a thumb latch from company that sells the latches. The thumb latch I got doesn’t work as well as the keyed latch so the entire situation has really soured me on your company and standing behind your products
