Balls were ordered two weeks before fathers day and the arrived days after fathers day.

No help with any resolution. Huge customer and thought they could have been a little more helpful.

Slow response, but I got the answer I needed

Great ball, but bad customer service. Called the customer service line about an issue I had when I bought the balls from a retailer. And when I got them home I was missing a ball out of the 12 count. Went back to the retailer I bought them from and was told I needed to call vice about the missing ball. When I did they wouldn’t do anything about it.

Didn’t notice any difference with any of these balls, not even the tracer balls for putting. Also blue color is really hard to find in the grass. Not really worth the cost, and your lack of ladies line is a total turn off. I’m one and done.
