Great product. Shipping missed the date I needed golf balls by. Had to go to store and buy more golf balls.

Delivery process took longer than promised, so was offered free delivery on next order, valid for 180 days, by way of apology. As I’ve bought 72 balls there’s next to no chance I’ll order again in 180 days. I’m assuming I’m not being asked to review the balls themselves - received them on Christmas Eve so other than being able to say they’re in a nice box I’ve no idea. Ask me again in a month or two and hopefully I’ll be able to say they’re great.

22 days for shipping. No actually customer service to help with questions and the automated response just doesn’t cut it. Golf balls themselves are great but just everything else leading up to getting them is painful.
