I placed an order with the wrong ship to address. Caught it immediately after placing the order and sent an email to their customer service requesting a ship to change. Once I placed the order they could not make the requested change. How is that possible that they couldn't change it?

I have been purchasing Vice Golf products for many years. Golf ball performance has been verified against others brands on the golf course. I also prefer Vice clothing, towels, and shoes over other leading brands previously used.
