Vice Golf Dev Site

The site is easy to navigate lots of great ball options; wish there was a little more left handed club options but I’m sure in time.

I purchased a wedge from Vice in March 2026 and received it on April 13. When I inspected it, I found metal shavings in the grooves. I contacted Vice and was told to return the wedge, which I did on April 23. After that, I received no confirmation that they had received the return and no update on when a replacement would be sent. Only in the past few days did Vice finally reach out to say a new wedge is on the way. It took repeated complaints to get any response. Their marketing is slick, but their customer service is not.

Had a package come up missing/undelivered, the support person assisted with the issue and got another package shipped/delivered. Superb customer service! Excellent product!

Ordered cusom printed balls for 2nd time and images were printed smaller and mis-colored and vice took no responsibilty for it.

Awesome! Custom balls arrived sooner than expected and were exactly what I wanted. 10/10
