I ordered the Bravo water brush on 12/1/2024, product didn't leave Tucker until 12/6, not sure why it took a full 5 business days to get it out the door, then Fedex took another 6 days to deliver it from Colorado to Los Angeles, so 2 full weeks just seems like a long time to me, due to this I ding one star on this rating. I also talked with customer service through the phone about this, and grateful that customer service is local and not outsourced, and friendly and helpful. Once the product arrived, I discovered the packaging was excellent, high quality box protected the contents well, and the parts connected together with no leaking. Time will tell how durable and leak-free this product will be, but so far so good.

The filters run out faster then expected but when working they do great.

I received my Rival V2 system this week and right out of the box I noticed it leans super far to one side in the upright position. The system works great and gets my water to 0 or 1 ppm consistently. I only put 3 stars because I want a brand new item to look brand new. I also called the company and spoke with a woman who took my information and said I’d be receiving a call. I never received a call.

I bought a 5 port pressure regulator and specifically asked for a drawing of where the high pressure lines go and the bypass lines go…I was given a photo of the regulator marked high pressure and bypass…. which is already marked on the regulator itself…I need a drawing or schematic of where the lines go please…you gotta listen to what I am asking for
