great stuff, got the 17s and pro block filters for 5 pound along side. think this isa good combo for anyone in live sound/ small gigs that also likes going to fat soundsytem parties / festivals, where 17 might not be enough reduction

The time to get the earpieces was quicker than I expected less than 4 weeks. They fit really well but I didn't find the diagrams that came with the instructions very useful.

Every step of having the customer in ears made was explained well. There was regular contact by email explaining next steps with having ear impressions taken, construction of the product, and delivery details. The website is very easy to navigate, making the ordering process smooth.
