Still waiting for my delivery.

First moulds were not taken correctly. I waited 3 weeks to be informed of this so had to get new moulds made which again meant making another appointment and further time wasted. When I finally received my earplugs they didn’t even put the filters in so had to wait again for filters to be posted out separately. Not really the service you’d expect when paying a premium.

Disappointed with the level of protection provided by these. My ears were ring quite badly after a concert which was under 100db. When I talked to support before purchasing them I was advised 17db would provide good protection but I expressed my reservations and they simply do not provide sufficient protection. Now I have the hassle of returning hem and trying 26db instead. These may be too much. Will have to see. I accept everybody is different and tehse might be okay for some people. Clearly the product is well made and packaged.

While they are a decent fit they’re uncomfortable to wear through the night. In my opinion the Sleep Sound product also does not block enough sound. I was after a total block and this product does not offer that. Ordered on 28/08/2025 and they finally arrived on 29/10/2025 which is way too long. Overall I’m pretty disappointed which is a shame because I had high hopes.
