I want return foil and lid

Order from Amazon had one broken glass. I contacted you directly and went back and forth for about a month only to learn you couldn't send a replacement due to my ordering from Amazon. By this time I had already started using the other 5 glasses. Someone did finally send me one glass replacement, but it was the wrong glass. I'm just giving up on you and talking the loss. I wanted six glasses and will order from someone else and might just donate your 5 or something.

It was awful. The ad on Amazon showed it being rolled up to ship. It came folded. It’s very difficult to unfold it and re-fold it. And all the folding creases show on the top of my table.
