I received my sample very quickly and it made an important difference in our decision-making process. The color is nice but if we had not ordered the sample, we would have chosen the wrong color. The shipping cost from Design Shop was also less than their competitors, which I also appreciate.

Fabulous service! Never received samples from other places so fast. All the samples were large and beautifully wrapped. Included with each sample was a card that provided description of the product and a bar code that allows you to quickly access all other needed information. I’ve never seen such a wonderful presentation when it comes to tile samples.
