We were unable to complete the order online. One of the tiles we wanted was not available. Jenna stepped in, removed the item and refunded our shipping costs because of the hassle. Excellent customer service!

The sample service is excellent. It is so hard to tell if a tile is 'right' unless you can see it and feel it. The order delivery was quick and the tiles are beautiful.

Samples were very helpful, and I liked being able to shop for tile and wallpaper on same site
