Good ink prices, easy order process, and really fast delivery.

this was a refill on a hp cartridge and there were problems but they were resolved.

Good selection descent price and fast shipping . Most important the cartridges have the ability to alert you when the the cartridge is low in ink. Other brands I have bought do not have that ability which is why I order from you guys. Otherwise the message your low on ink comes on every time you print something which is very annoying.

All went well, easy to order, receive and install.
