I received my order in a matter of days. It was easy to find the correct ink for my printer by typing in the type of printer that I have. I did have some problems putting the ink in my printer. I asked for help on their web site and figured out that one of my replacement cartridges was the larger of the three that I ordered and that was the one to use first. The package was in perfect condition when I got it. I will order from 4inkjets again.
