Problem with first set of cartages they sent replacements right out and arrived with a few days. I recommend them 100% the ink is of good quality and long lasting.

My printer got a firmware update and two of my cartridges i bought from 4inkjets.com became undetected by my printer. I emailed costumer service and they were really friendly and promptly acknowledged my concern. They sent me a replacement for those cartridges and my printer worked again. I am satisfied with they're service. Shipping was great and packages were great. Highly recommend this company.

I got the wrong printer cartridge in a pack, and even though it has been months, they still send me a new one! I'm so glad they're so helpful!!
