Quick processing and shipping, cartridges arrived as expected and were of good quality, and I liked that prepaid bags were included to mail in used up cartridges for recycling.

Service was fast and products what I ordered. That's the way it should be; they recognize those attributes and structure their service accordingly.

My first exposure to ink pods. So far all seems well. My only problem with the delivery interval. The package wasn’t shipped for several days after ordering.

I open a replacement inkpack and I thought it didn't fit. My fault because the box of three did have a packet with unit I should have used. So 4inkjets replaced the packet with a box of 3. I think their service policy and staff are fantastic! And the packet works just great. Thank you
