I use these to combat seasonal depression disorder, and they work better than prescribed antidepressants I've taken, without any side effects. Staff are very helpful when I've had to call. Packaging is biodegradable, which I appreciate. I've tried other products, but this really works for me, and I like that it's independently tested to assure quality. I recommend taking with a morning meal. The one time I took it in the evening I was wide awake all night.
