Great product really helps me sleep. I take two of them —-every now and then it doesn’t seem to work but 90% of the time they do help me sleep solid —and they’re all natural which I love so I’m a big fan I keep ordering over and over. I also use the stress, free, gummy’s, which I also enjoy for daytime thank you it’s a great product great packaging, all natural which is amazing.

Taste is better than other brand I tried and even the low dose 10mg helped take off the edge of my anxiety.
