Before taking these, it was taking me forever to fall asleep, and then when I did, I woke up frequently and had a hard time going back to sleep. Now, I fall asleep in no more than 30 minutes after taking just 1 gummy. I sleep through the night, and don't have a hangover in the morning. They are also delivered pretty quickly which I appreciate because every now and then I wait a little too long to order.
