Incredible service. The fact they keep track of my wheelchair purchase (from 13 years ago) and can still figure out what parts are available and get them to me is astounding. Great communication; I can't talk these folks up enough!

Dave was awesome to work with. . . he took the time necessary to answer ALL my questions. As a result, our son loves his new chair and it fits him like a glove. We are grateful for Dave's help.

My experience has been phenomenal. Dave and his team provide excellent customer service. I’m so glad I decided to go through DME HUB to purchase a new wheelchair as opposed to going through insurance. Dave made the whole process easy and seamless and I received my new chair, barely a month later as opposed to almost a year later had I gone through insurance and add a small fraction of the cost. It would’ve been had I gone through insurance and the normal channels. If I get the chance, I would definitely do it again.
