I emailed you to cancel the order. No response and you still shipped the item. I emailed you to understand how to return the item. No response. Very poor experience and customer support!

Rather disappointed with your service! As there doesn't seem to be any communication possible (phone or email)... unfortunately I won't be using or recommending Norvek website again!
