Right Rope

A littl on the high side for my taste and quality

Looks great after install! Overall fairly satisfied with product and delivery. Rope is attractive and delivery was quick. Rope was delivered dumped haphazardly into a makeshift box, which made getting it out difficult and induced several areas where the rope "twist" started to uncoil. After significant rotating the length of this heavy rope (requires two strong people) all the knots except one came out. Had to cut the rope to get it out and fortunately was able to make that work for installing in a post without losing too much length. Integrity of the rope fibers could be better, had to melt several frays/pulled fibers in the rope induced during installation. Must have heated rope cutter and at least a 3 inch hole (or a very well manicured 2 3/4 hole) to install. Cost of delivery was very high ($350).

I had called about 40 minutes after they had closed (I did not know), I knew what rope I needed but played dumb and asked what kind of rope I should get, the salesman and I came with the same conclusion. He was more than happy to help me with any questions. Rope was shipped the very next day and received it a day early, the latter they have no control over but thought to mention it. The quality appears good and now we wait and see how long the rope will hold up in some of the most extreme conditions this planet has to offer. I would for sure recommend, unless it does not last the minimum of 3 years, I only gave it 4 stars because of that unknown, if it’s still up after 3 years I will make it a 5star purchase. The rope is great but I have not gotten any response on how to return a rope. My wife and both ordered a rope and did not realize we ordered duplicates. I need to know how to return a rope and get a refund.

This rope is great BUT the handle/grip needs to be the shape of a golf grip !
