Friendly staff , no long waits. Good overall

The process of improving my smile with SmileDirectClub was efficient and painless. There was one or two bumps in the road but their staff were always there to solve any problems. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking at different options.

Very helpful friendly staff, especially Clinton Z he was very attentive with what I was looking for. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I found it very difficult to do the home impressions kit. Otherwise very nice team and experience overall.

My visit to smile direct club was very pleasant, the ladies who took the appointment were very friendly and nice, but i would just like to know if there is any updates on my appointment because its been a few months since we last received any updates
