Outstanding customer service!

Andrea at Stephens green - Dublin is really amazing. ❤️

I went to the Smile store in Stephens Green Shopping centre for my 3D scan. When I arrived I was greeted by Andrea Who was so welcoming and made me fill right at ease. I was then greeted by Louise who than asked me to fill out a form and was right there to explain anything I didn't understand. I was also greeted by the manager Yolanda who was so nice and shared her Smile journey with me! I was then brought into my consultation with Andrea who was so nice and friendly and really made me feel at ease, went over everything with me and answered any questions I had. She always made sure I was 100% comfortable with anything she was doing. I was even given a goodie bag with a lip balm and received a 25 euro visa gift card just for getting my 3D scan done! Honestly couldn't recommend these girls enough and can't wait to begin my smile journey! P.s The store was very clean and in great condition!
