After a couple attempts to reach out to customer service to answer questions- Never got a response.

You shipped the wrong product we were testing for a large project, and your customer service would not respond. Order for $33,075 went to another supplier. Richard Farrell PhD President LightZero, Inc.

Where is my order???? I’m still waiting!!!

once i get them i may have a much better review. Have not received news if they have been shipped out either.

The product does not work on the light fixture I have. I reached out to Optic for help, and I received a response saying two people should help, and that they have experienced that a customer let them know it did not fit/work on their light fixture, but no other advice. I regret buying two of the Covers.! When I contacted Optic to inquire about returning the one that was not used. I have as yet ( one week has gone by) to hear from the company. I would not recommend this product.
