I wrote to Octo-Lights as we have fixtures from 1957 that are not close to a standard fluorescent fixture. (actually none of our fixtures are a standard 2X4 panel). I sent photos and dimensions and Oco-Lights made me a sample, which I adjusted in size a little bit, then had to cut down - should have trusted them! The lights look great and it softens the room a lot. My Storytime Kids love to lay on the floor and look up at the clouds.

I can only rate item quality after installation and sometime in use, but I had trust in the quality before ordering because I've seen it in a public institution. What I can rate is the customer service quality and promptness, which I found to be excellent and fair. Good job Octo Lights.
