Product arrived in good time. Only negative was that I wrote an email to customer service asking a question about the lights and never received a response (although perhaps it is possible it was not received)...

Ordering was easy, products arrived on time and in expected condition. Installation was pretty simple and the light filters look awesome in my science classroom. Kids love them and it really helps cut down on glare and excessive brightness.

Scott was great! He sent me 1 diffuser to test out before sending out my entire order to ensure that I was happy with their product. I really appreciated that!

Unfortunately the lights did not work in our office-we tried both types. The customer service was great and return process is easy.
